RTX, a leading aerospace company, seeks an F-35 M-code Development Program Chief Engineer (PCE) in El Segundo, CA, to lead cross-functional engineering teams on GPS/Anti-Jam solutions for the F-35 platform. This U.S.-based role requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Onsite, permanent, full-time. The position emphasizes program management, systems engineering for hardware/software integration, and collaboration with PMT, IPTLs, POs and CAMs to manage scope, cost

Formación

• Experience in leading engineering teams for hardware-software integrated systems.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and program objectives.
• Experience with security clearance processes and DoD procurement a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to meet program objectives and deliverables.
• Collaborate with PMT to align scope with contractual commitments.
• Oversee execution of engineering work packages, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with IPTLs, POs, and CAMs for resource management.
• Serve as technical interface with customers and manage risks and changes.
• Review and approve technical and project documentation for compliance.
• Contribute to technical assessments and project planning activities.
• Drive process improvements in project management and engineering methods.
