Boeing is seeking a F-15 Project Engineer to support F-15 Software Development and Advanced Programs in St. Louis, MO. The role coordinates across disciplines, working with Mission Systems, and involves hardware/software development familiarity.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing SOW changes, and ensuring on-time delivery with quality and safety. Domestic/international travel up to 10% may be required; US Citizenship and security clearance are prerequisites.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
• 9+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

Responsabilidades

• Provides Engineering leadership to a multi-skill team representing internal/external resources, management and customers.
• Develops statement of work (SOW) to satisfy research and development, ongoing and new business requirements.
• Responds to dynamic changes to SOW, assesses impact and negotiates modifications to deliverables, resources, costs and schedules.
• Leads project execution to complete the work statement with quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Defines plans for risk mitigation and opportunity.
• Compares actual results to baseline plan to assess performance, efficiencies and lessons learned.
• Works independently to provide technical, business and integration leadership for project plans.
