Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a high-caliber F-15 Flight Plan Systems Engineer Integrator Lead to drive the system integration for the F-15 Flight Plan. You will coordinate with IPTs, program stakeholders, and USAF customers to deliver aligned technical solutions.

Minimum requirements include a BS in engineering and 7+ years of related experience, with strong emphasis on SE practices, architecture, and verification across complex platforms. The role may require travel and U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
7+ years of related engineering experience.
Prior systems engineering experience including design, architecture, requirements, analysis, verification and validation.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis of performance requirements, concepts, and architectures to guide system changes.
Provide technical oversight for system-wide interfaces on complex systems.
Establish validation, verification, and test strategies for platform upgrades.
Develop and maintain product and technology roadmaps for F-15 Flight Plan.
Lead multi-discipline IPTs including engineering and non-engineering functions.
Communicate program status and technical issues to leadership and stakeholders.
