Job summary
The Boeing Company is seeking an F-15 Project Engineer in the Saint Louis area to coordinate across disciplines for F-15 Domestic activities. The role requires close interaction with Mission Systems and familiarity with hardware and software development.
Onsite at Berkeley, MO, with up to 10% travel. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required. A potential signing bonus may be available for qualified external candidates.
Qualifications
- BS degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, data science, math, physics, chemistry or equivalent
- 9+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Active security clearance preferred or eligible
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering leadership to a multi-skill team including internal/external resources and customers
- Develop SOWs to satisfy R&D and business requirements
- Respond to changes in SOW, assess impacts and negotiate modifications
- Lead project execution to deliver the work statement on time and safely
- Define risk mitigation plans and identify opportunities for improvement
- Compare actual results to baselines and track performance metrics
- Work independently to provide technical, business and integration leadership for project plans
