Job summary

Boeing Co. in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Senior F-15 Platform Integration Project Engineer to lead cross-functional integration activities for the F-15EX program.

You will coordinate production, development, and sustainment engineering teams and manage key milestones on site in Berkeley. The role requires strong communication with USAF and Boeing leadership, proactive risk management, and the ability to drive strategic technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related field.
• 9+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and collaboration across IPTs, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and program management.
• Organize cross-functional meetings to investigate issues and drive mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with production system teams to align integration with schedules and drive process changes.
• Serve as primary contact for F-15 platform integration inquiries and issues.
• Support technical meetings (ERB/CCB/SRB/ICWG/RWG/F/TMARR/TPWG) and report status.
• Manage engineering responsibilities for the DD250 process of F-15EX aircraft.
• Interface with USAF customer and Boeing leadership to convey progress and risks.

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
