Job summary

Boeing in Berkeley, MO seeks an F-15 Mission Systems Communications and Datalink Integration Engineer to design, develop, lab test, and flight test new avionics capabilities as part of a cross-disciplinary agile team.

You will translate customer requirements into system-level specifications and support integration across USAF and FMS programs, emphasizing clear communication across teams and vendors. This role is 100% onsite and offers relocation based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent related to the work statement.
• 14+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• Experience with MIL-STD-6016 and Link-16 implementation.
• Experience navigating Interface Control Documents (ICD’s) and managing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hardware–software integration efforts in an Agile environment.
• Develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements for avionics systems.
• Translate customer requests into actionable system requirements with contractual/technical considerations.
• Coordinate lab tests to verify designs meet operational requirements.
• Support flight test events with data review and issue resolution.
• Communicate across teams and multiple engineering disciplines and leadership.
