You will oversee sales, promotions, customer service, and staff development while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The role requires experience in optical sales, strong leadership and financial analysis skills, and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Competenze

• Experience in optical sales and supervision preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach and build relationships.
• Strong understanding of store operations and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical skills to interpret financial reports.
• Problem-solving across varied scope.

Mansioni

• Oversee profit, sales and performance goals including P&L.
• Optimize eyeglass department for efficiency and compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example.
• Ensure quality standards and manage remakes.
• Provide store reporting to GM, DM, and corporate.
• Coordinate promotions, advertising and visual merchandising.
• Supervise staff and ensure day-to-day duties completed.
• Assist GM with staffing forecasts, recruiting and retention.
