Job summary

National Vision, Inc. (America's Best) is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to oversee daily store operations, supervise optical staff, and drive sales while ensuring excellent customer service and policy compliance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage promotions, merchandising, and reporting. You will partner with management to meet store goals and help grow a high-performing team across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical sales; supervising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (P&L).
• Oversee eyeglass department efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and mentor associates.
• Ensure quality standards and review remakes.
• Communicate with management and corporate and provide store reporting.
• Coordinate store promotions, advertising and visual merchandising.
• Supervise Opticians and sales staff and ensure day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with staffing forecasts, recruiting and retention of staff.
• Motivate staff to exceed performance standards.
