America's Best, part of National Vision, operates optical retail stores across the United States. We are seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to oversee daily store operations, supervise eyeglass staff, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help forecast staffing, recruit and retain a high-caliber team, coordinate promotions and merchandising, review financials, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience.
• Supervising experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding store operations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals.
• Oversee eyeglass department efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and lead by example.
• Review promotions and merchandising to ensure execution.
• Communicate with GM, DM, and Corporate Office with reports.
• Forecast staffing needs and assist with recruiting.
• Motivate associates to exceed performance standards.
• Ensure licensing requirements are met where applicable.
