Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to lead the eyeglass department and drive sales in Alpharetta, GA. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining store standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will collaborate with store leadership to meet financial goals, enhance customer experiences, and ensure adherence to company policies across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience. Supervising experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for team management.
• Customer service excellence and процесс focus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (i.e. reviewing the P&L).
• Oversee the eyeglass department to ensure efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure the team does the same.
• Review remakes and enforce quality standards and policies.
• Communicate with leadership and provide store reporting as required.
• Manage promotions, advertising and visual merchandising awareness.
• Supervise Opticians and CL Sales associates and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Assist General Manager with staffing forecasts and recruiting.
• Motivate staff to exceed performance targets.
