You will report to the General Manager and work closely with District and Corporate teams to align with company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical sales with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Strong understanding of store operations and success metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for team management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (P&L).
• Oversee the eyeglass department for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure associates do the same.
• Review quality standards, remakes, and enforce policies for compliance.
• Communicate with General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office with reports.
• Ensure promotions, advertising and visual merchandising are implemented.
• Supervise and motivate Opticians and sales associates; manage day-to-day tasks.
• Assist the General Manager with staffing forecasting, recruitment and retention.
• Motivate associates to exceed performance standards.
