Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued during eyewear choices.
• Manage calls and appointment scheduling, product inquiries, and eyewear questions.
• Demonstrate empathy and strong product knowledge to match frames and lenses to patient needs and budget.
• Support front office and optical operations by updating records and assisting with opening/closing tasks.
• Maintain optical inventory and place orders to ensure product availability and merchandising.
• Take measurements (e.g., pupillary distance) and guide frame selection and lens options.
• Document eyewear orders, verify prescriptions, coordinate with labs, and process transactions accurately.
• Cross-train across front desk and optical functions for professional growth.
