Job summary

Eyetastic Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the eyewear experience in our boutique eye care office. You will join a team passionate about personalized eye care, with hands-on training to develop your career in the optical industry.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will guide patients in selecting eyewear, process frames and lens orders the same day, and keep the retail floor looking its best.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a sales role.
• Willing to obtain ABOC certification within first year.
• Experience with EHR is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and high accuracy in entering patient information.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to understand needs and guide eyewear selections.
• Process frames and lens orders to lab on the same day as the transaction.
• Maintain the retail floor following merchandising guidelines.
• Perform frame adjustments for a perfect fit.
• Conduct inventory checks on optical frames and maintain records.
• File insurance claims promptly to ensure timely arrival and payment of orders.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in spectacle lens technology.
