Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking energetic Sales Consultants to create an easy and memorable experience for customers while guiding them through our eyewear process. The role offers growth opportunities and commissions based on sales.

You will greet customers, help select eyewear, troubleshoot prescriptions, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, 1+ year customer service in retail, strong communication, and multitasking

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers on entry, identify needs, and present available eyewear.
• Help customers choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and provide solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and diffuse upset patients while maintaining service quality.
• Achieve sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety standards (OSHA) and maintain brand cleanliness.
• Maintain lab area standards and report equipment issues promptly.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
