Stanton Optical is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to create a friendly and memorable shopping experience for customers in a fast-paced retail setting. You will guide patients through eyewear selection, handle promotional products, and uphold brand standards while working toward sales targets.

• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify needs, and promote available eyewear products and services.
• Help customers choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer complaints.
• Aim to meet sales goals while following company policies and procedures.
• Ensure brand standards and maintain store housekeeping and lab area.
• Assist with simple repairs, edging, and timely delivery of orders.
