Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Consultant to create an easy and memorable eyewear shopping experience for patients and customers in-store. You will guide discussions, recommend eyewear options, and help customers find products that fit their budget and optical needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and resolve complaints.
• Aim to achieve sales goals while complying with company policies and procedures.
• Perform basic housekeeping to maintain brand standards in-store and in the lab area.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and accurate assembly and edging of lenses.
