Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver an easy and memorable eyewear shopping experience in a fast-paced store setting. You will guide patients through our sales process, help them select eyewear that fits budget and care needs, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service and sales experience in retail, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear that fits budget and care needs.
• Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescriptions.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
• Meet sales goals while complying with policies.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards (OSHA).
• Ensure brand standards in store and lab areas, report malfunctions.
• Track delivery times to patients and ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
