Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking dynamic Sales Consultants to create a memorable experience for patients while guiding them through our eyewear process. This fast-paced, growth-oriented role offers strong earning potential through commissions and performance.

You will greet customers, assess needs, present eyewear options, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Prior optical knowledge is a plus, and a retail background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience with sales results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs to provide a memorable experience.
• Assist customers in choosing eyewear that fits budget and eye-care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints.
• Aim to achieve sales goals while following company policies.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with basic lab duties as needed.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
