Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math.
• Willingness to adapt to new technology and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and meet company objectives by cultivating existing customers and building new relationships.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings and assist with frame selection.
• Measure patients with optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Maintain a clean, attractive store and inventory; support a positive store environment.
