MyEyeDr. is hiring an Eyewear Consultant to help patients see and look their best. You will support doctors, guide frame and lens choices, and explain insurance benefits.

Training is provided to learn products and procedures. Some weekend/evening shifts are required, with opportunities to earn bonuses and commissions. The role focuses on delivering a best-in-class patient experience within a fast-paced environment and requires collaboration with the office team to meet sales and service goals.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role is preferred.
• Willing to learn about optical products and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients in eyewear and lens selection.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Provide excellent customer service and build trust.
• Support optical tasks with the Office Optometrist.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff for a seamless patient experience.
• Learn product lines and adjust glasses as needed.
