Job summary

MyEyeDr in Leesburg, VA is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to deliver personalized eyecare while supporting doctors and teams. No optical experience? Training provided to learn products and services; weekend/evening shifts may be required.

You will guide patients through frame and lens choices, explain insurance benefits, and help achieve office goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing or sales roles preferred, but not required.
• Willing to learn about the eyewear industry and products.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection and educate on best fit
• Aim to meet or exceed sales goals while delivering a top-tier patient experience
• Explain insurance benefits clearly to patients
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from a wide selection
• Collaborate with doctors and team for a seamless patient experience
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr values and brand philosophy to patients
• Participate in other office duties as assigned
