Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support patients with frame and lens selection, delivering outstanding service. You will work with trusted doctors and teams to help patients see, look, and be their best.

No optical experience is required; training and tools will be provided. Weekend and some evening shifts may be required as part of this role, with wage ranges varying by Virginia location.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn industry, products, and services.
• Ability to meet office sales goals with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service and assess needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge to educate on best fit.
• Achieve sales goals through a strong patient experience and relationship building.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyewear from a wide selection.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Communicate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy to patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
