MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant in Virginia to deliver personalized eyecare by supporting a trusted team of doctors and staff. No optical experience?

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role is preferred.
• Will learn about industry, products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service and understand their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame and lens selection with product knowledge.
• Help achieve sales plans and office goals through a strong patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyewear from our selection.
• Collaborate with the Office Optometrist and team to serve patients.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy to patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
