Zusammenfassung

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant in Knightdale to help patients see and look their best by supporting our doctors and teams. No optical experience is required as training and tools will be provided to learn the industry and deliver a premier patient experience.

Weekend and evening shifts may be required, reporting to the Office General Manager. You will assist patients with eyewear selection, explain insurance benefits, and help fit and adjust glasses.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position (Retail, Hospitality or Optical field preferred, but not required).
• Proactive problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Aufgaben

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge to educate on best fit.
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through cultivating a positive patient experience built on trust.
