Visology is hiring Eyewear Sales Consultants across Medford, Quincy, Somerville, and Swampscott in Massachusetts. You’ll be the friendly face guiding customers through a personalized eyewear experience—from selecting frames to discussing lenses and promotions.

• Optical experience — you know your way around frames, lenses, and prescriptions
• Retail or sales experience — you're comfortable guiding customers and closing a sale

• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face patients see first — guiding them through a personalized eyewear experience from start to finish
• Help patients pick frames and lenses that match their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style
• Run pre-testing and support patients through their exam, working alongside our optometry team (connected virtually) and our Licensed Opticians
• Share your know-how on eyewear care and current promotions
• Build real relationships — the kind where patients come back and bring their friends
• Keep your store looking sharp, organized, and welcoming
