Job summary

Visology Ltd. in Massachusetts is seeking energetic Eyewear Sales Consultants to join our in-store teams across Medford, Quincy, Somerville, and Swampscott.

Be the friendly face guiding customers through a personalized eyewear experience, helping them pick frames and lenses that match prescriptions, lifestyle, and personal style, and supporting our optometry team.

Qualifications

• Optical experience with frames, lenses and prescriptions.
• Retail or sales experience with closing skills.
• Great people skills and customer-service mindset.
• Dependable, detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face patients see first and guide them through a personalized eyewear experience.
• Help patients pick frames and lenses matching prescription, lifestyle, and personal style.
• Run pre-testing and support patients through exams with our optometry team and licensed opticians.
• Share eyewear care tips and promote current promotions.
• Build relationships to foster repeat visits and referrals.
• Keep the store welcoming, organized, and well-presented.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the friendly face patients see first — guiding them through a personalized eyewear experience from start to finish
• Help patients pick frames and lenses that match their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style
• Run pre-testing and support patients through their exam, working alongside our optometry team (connected virtually) and our Licensed Opticians
• Share your know-how on eyewear care and current promotions
• Build real relationships — the kind where patients come back and bring their friends
• Keep your store looking sharp, organized, and welcoming

• Optical experience — you know your way around frames, lenses, and prescriptions
• Retail or sales experience — you're comfortable guiding customers and closing a sale
