Visology Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Optician to lead the team across multiple stores in Massachusetts and Texas. You will coach Eyewear Sales Stylist teams, champion telemedicine exam workflows, and ensure inventory accuracy while providing hands-on coverage as needed.

With 5+ years in optics and 2+ years in supervisory roles, you will drive performance, deliver exceptional care, and travel between locations to maintain consistency and quality across sites.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Optician credential (Massachusetts required).
• 5+ years of optical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or multi-site role.
• Deep optical knowledge - lenses, standards, troubleshooting, all of it.
• Leadership that inspires: strong training, coaching, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations.

Responsibilities

• Champion our telemedicine eye exam workflows and keep every store's team exam-ready.
