Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to deliver personalized eyecare and guide patients through selecting frames and lenses. Training will be provided to learn industry products and services while contributing to a best-in-class patient experience.

The role involves collaborating with doctors and team members, providing exceptional service, and supporting office operations with a positive, proactive attitude. Some weekend and evening shifts required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales-oriented role.
• Willingness to learn about eyewear industry and products.
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and understand patient needs.
• Assist with eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge.
• Help achieve sales plans and office goals through patient relationship-building.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Learn to fit, measure, and adjust eyewear with provided training.
• Support the Office Optometrist in patient care tasks.
