MyEyeDr. in New Braunfels, Texas, is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to provide personalized eyecare and exceptional customer service. You will assist patients with eyewear selection and help deliver the highest quality vision care.

No optical experience is necessary as training will be provided. Ideal candidates will be friendly, problem-solving, team-oriented, and willing to meet office goals. Weekend and evening shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding patient needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge.
• Deliver sales plans and cultivate a trusting patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits comprehensively.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses with provided training.
• Complete optometric tasks with the Office Optometrist.
• Collaborate with team members for seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values while working with patients.
• Participate in assigned office duties.
