Job summary

MyEyeDr. seeks an Eyewear Consultant to support our doctors and teams in delivering personalized eyecare. You will help patients see, look, and be their best, with training provided for product knowledge and service excellence.

Weekend and evening shifts may be required as part of a busy practice. You will guide patients through frame and lens choices, explain insurance benefits, and contribute to a positive, high-quality patient experience while meeting office goals. No optical experience?

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role.
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a “can do” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection process by using knowledge of product lines and options to educate patients on best fit.
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through cultivating a patient experience built on relationship and trust.
• Provide patients with comprehensive explanation of insurance benefits.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from a wide selection of eyewear.
• Collaborate with doctor(s) and team members to provide seamless patient experience.
