Job summary

LensCrafters, part of Luxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced eyewear retail environment. You will help customers select frames and lenses, perform measurements, and coordinate with the optician to ensure accurate prescriptions.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and tech skills, with a focus on meeting sales goals while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere for patients and shoppers alike.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service and sales skills are essential.
• Ability to use POS systems and basic tech tools accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets by nurturing existing customers and attracting new ones.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on prescriptions.
• Take optical measurements and consult with the team to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain store appearance, displays and organized inventory.
• Provide excellent service and foster an inclusive environment for customers and colleagues.
