Job summary

LensCrafters is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences. You will help customers select frames, use prescriptions to guide lens choices, and collaborate with an Optician to ensure accurate measurements and fittings.

The role emphasizes high standards, sales goals, and a welcoming store environment. The pay range is 16.07–22.48 USD per hour, and benefits may include health care, retirement savings, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math skills.
• Embrace new technology with accuracy.
• Strong sales orientation and goal focus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales plans by nurturing existing customers and attracting new ones.
• Recommend lenses and coatings using prescription information.
• Assist customers in frame selection and coordinate with measurements.
• Take measurements with optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and professional relationships with staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
