Job summary

LensCrafters in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer care and help customers select eyewear and lenses. You will apply optical knowledge to guide choices and ensure accurate measurements and fitting.

You will foster a welcoming store environment, meet sales goals, and collaborate with the team to maintain attractive displays and smooth operations. Prior retail experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology and change with high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assists patients in the selection of frames and coordinates frames with optical measurements.
• Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Actively participates and contributes to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
