Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service and exceed sales targets. You will develop product knowledge, recommend lenses and frames, and support customers across in-store and online channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Must be punctual, reliable and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Brand, warranties, and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients with in-store and follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support across online and in-store platforms.
