Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs.
• Ensure all visual standards set forth by management are maintained.
• Problem-solve for any customer issues and loop in management for assistance.
• Manage complex customer service situations with VIP clientele.
• Remain up-to-date on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
• Hold yourself accountable for shift punctuality and communicate with manager about obstacles.
• Serve as an ambassador to the brand by leveraging your style and connection to local communities.
