LensCrafters, part of Luxottica, is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding eye care and eyewear shopping experiences in our Rochester Hills store. You will leverage prescriptions to recommend lenses, assist with frame selection, and ensure accurate measurements in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualified candidates have 1+ years in retail or customer service, strong communication skills, and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
Familiar with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
Embrace new technology with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to sell through sales skills and meet goals.
Strong communication skills (oral & written).
Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
Help customers select frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships with peers and staff.
Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
