Job summary

LensCrafters, part of Luxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional eyewear shopping experience. You will guide patients through frame and lens choices and process sales using POS systems.

We value 1+ years in retail or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required; training provided. Competitive compensation with bonus potential and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet sales plans and company objectives by nurturing existing customers and acquiring new ones.
• Uses prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Helps customers select frames and coordinates with measurements.
• Takes measurements with optical tools and consults with the Optician as needed.
• Maintains a clean, attractive store environment and displays with inventory.
• Contributes to an inclusive, respectful store atmosphere.
