Job summary

LensCrafters in Oklahoma City is seeking a Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service and drive eyewear sales on the retail floor. You will help customers select frames, interpret prescriptions for lenses and coatings, and assist with measurements and fittings.

You will contribute to a positive store environment, maintain displays, and support teamwork with peers and doctors while aiming to meet sales goals and uphold Luxottica standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and maintain accuracy.
• Strong communication and goal-oriented sales skills.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet company objectives by cultivating existing customers and attracting new ones.
• Use prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in frame selection and coordinate with measurements.
• Perform measurements and consult with an Optician when needed.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment and professional relationships with staff and doctors.
