Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences. You will leverage prescription knowledge to guide lens choices, help customers pick frames, and ensure accurate measurements, contributing to a welcoming store environment.

With 1+ year in retail or customer service, you will thrive on meeting sales goals, using strong communication, and adapting to new technologies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers and calculators.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customers and building new relationships.
• Use prescription information to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and collaborate with peers, management and staff.
• Maintain an organized, clean and attractive store displays and inventory.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
