Job summary

LensCrafters, part of Luxottica, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eyewear experiences at our East Point location. You will assist customers in frame and lens choices, perform measurements, and coordinate with the Optician to tailor vision solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.
• Ability to sell through effective sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customers and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinating with measurements to find the best vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and collaborate with peers, management, and support staff.
• Keep displays and inventory organized and presentable.
