Job summary

For Eyes is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and expert eyewear guidance. You will build relationships, stay current on trends, and drive sales through personalized recommendations across in-store and online channels.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail, strong communication skills, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to achieve targets while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Must be punctual and reliable; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Team-player, collaborative, adaptable and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge; attend training sessions as required.
• Display in-depth knowledge of brand, warranties and optical add-on features for customers.
• Maintain relationships with clients and follow up through multiple channels.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Keep store clean, organized and visually appealing on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for seamless customer experience across online and in-store platforms.
