Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and reliable operational mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and upsell.
• Team-player who collaborates well and accepts feedback.
• Natural problem-solver with analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of brand, warranties, and features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in-store and via follow-up.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and back-of-house areas.
• Provide omnichannel support across online and in-store experiences.
• Follow brand policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
