For Eyes is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and expert eyewear guidance. You will learn product trends, upsell, and help customers choose the right lenses and frames while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced store environment.

Applicants should have 2+ years in retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. High school diploma required; experience with eyewear and luxury retail is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Stay current on eyewear products, trends and features.
• Upsell and cross-sell to consistently meet sales targets.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Support omnichannel customer service across platforms.
