Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to deliver personalized eyecare by guiding patients through frame and lens selections with a focus on exceptional service. Training will be provided to learn our product lines and patient care approach.

You will work with a trusted network of doctors and teams to ensure patients see, look, and be their best, with weekend/evening shifts as needed and opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales experience preferred.
• Willing to learn about optical products and services.
• Able to meet office goals with a 'can do' attitude.
• Friendly and patient-centric in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection, educating on best fit.
• Deliver sales plan and office goals through relationship-building patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients and help maximize benefits.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using company tools and training.
• Support optometry tasks in partnership with the Office Optometrist.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient journey.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy in all interactions.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
