Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to join our team in Ridgefield, CT. This role focuses on delivering a best-in-class vision care experience by helping patients see and look their best.

Training will be provided, and weekend/evening shifts may be required to meet patient needs. You will learn about our product lines, assist with frame and lens selection, and work closely with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role preferred.
• Proactive problem solver with entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding patient needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge.
• Support sales plan and office goals through patient relationship building.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly and accurately.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyewear using company training.
• Collaborate with optometrist to serve patients and frames.
