Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to help patients see, look, and be their best with personalized eyecare and a strong focus on customer service. Training will be provided, and no optical experience is required to start.

You will assist patients in selecting eyewear, explain insurance benefits, and work with doctors and staff to deliver a seamless patient experience. Some weekend and evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection process by using knowledge of product lines and options to educate patients on best fit.
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through cultivating a patient experience that is built on relationship building and trust.
