Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to deliver personalized eyecare by supporting our doctors and teams, helping patients see and look their best. No optical experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.

This role involves weekend/evening shifts and reports to the Office General Manager. You will guide patients through eyewear choices, educate on products and insurance benefits, and contribute to a high-quality patient experience.

• Customer-facing or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding patient needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using knowledge of product lines.
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through building relationships.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses with company training.
• Collaborate with doctors and team for a seamless patient experience.
• Support other office duties as assigned.
