Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant in Thomasville, GA to join a dedicated team delivering personalized eyecare and a best-in-class patient experience. No optical experience? Training will be provided so you can learn about the industry, products, and services while supporting doctors and knowledgeable teams.

This role reports to the Office General Manager. Some weekend and evenings shifts are required, with opportunities to grow through role-specific training and growth programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role is preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Proactive problem-solving with a can-do attitude.
• Friendly, caring, and patient-centric approach.
• Team player who collaborates for the best patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection by educating on fit and options.
• Deliver sales plan and office goals by building a trusted patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits comprehensively to patients.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyewear from a wide selection.
• Collaborate with Office Optometrist and team for seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy with patients.
• Participate in other assigned office duties.
