MyEyeDr. is hiring an Eyewear Consultant in Savannah, GA to provide personalized eyecare and exceptional customer service. You will support doctors and teams to help patients see, look, and be their best, with training provided even if you have no optical experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Proactive problem solving with a can-do attitude.
• Friendly, caring, patient-centric approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge.
• Help meet office goals by delivering a positive patient experience built on trust.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using training.
• Support the Office Optometrist in shared duties to serve patients.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members for a seamless experience.
