Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant in Tyrone, GA to help patients see, look, and be their best. No optical experience required—we provide training and tools to learn the industry and deliver a best-in-class experience.

You will support doctors and teams, assist with frame and lens selection, and contribute to a trusted patient journey with weekend/evening shifts. Join a collaborative environment that values patient care and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position (Retail, Hospitality or Optical field preferred, but not required).
• Proactive problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Ability to sell with a goal oriented attitude and a positive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge to educate for best fit.
• Consistently meet sales plans and office goals through strong patient relationships.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using company training and wide eyewear selection.
• Collaborate with the Office Optometrist and team for a seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy in every patient interaction.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
